This reminds me, I never actually played Telltale's Monkey Island, I only ever watched a longplay of it back when it was released. Should definitely try that out someday too.
Great to see Escape from Monkey Island finally being available after so many years. Here's hoping we'll see a Mac port sometime soon.
All in all, it's probably my least favourite Monkey game, but it's the one I played the most of as a kid, and it'd be fun to pick it back up again just for the sake of nostalgia.

Roboshark might actually be one of the better bad movies that I've watched lately. The whole concept and story is obviously quite absurd, and the writing is more than lacking, but there are parts of it that I just love.
Somewhere halfway through the film, Bill Gates is called in to stop the eponymous shark that's wrecking Seattle. For some unexplained reason, there's this tow of women following him wherever he goes, and now I can't imagine the real Gates in any other way.

So he's running Mint at the moment, and I don't know how many times I've explained to him that it's Debian based, meaning that if some application is packaged for Debian, he should be able to run it on his system.
Still, he complains to me that things like Filezilla isn't available for Mint, simply because there isn't a "Mint download" on Filezilla's website.
Like, first of all, did you miss my whole explanation about package repositories? Secondly just download the .deb package then ya dummy!
A friend of mine started using Linux about a year ago now, and I still don't understand why. He has shown no interest in the technical benefits of a Unix-like system, and he's still very much acting like he's using Windows.
Like just now I got a message from him complaining about how cumbersome it was that he had to run "apt-get upgrade" to get an application to work.
I mean come on, why are you even using this?
Only just did my first run of the game, was really exhilarating. Loved the weapon selections, especially the machine gun staff.
Ziggurat is a really cool game, and it's currently free on GOG! It's very fast paced, the combat reminded me a lot of Quake.
