@MuseumMichael Because there's no such thing as "ideal social conditions." It feels forced. We all contain multitudes, and forced positivity feels like an exhausting constraint. The world is burning, and we need an outlet. I don't think there's any shame in that.
@Gargron THANK YOU
@amphetamine Will do!
Still digging through this incredible haul I got at SDCC from my friends at Heavy Metal Magazine. It makes me all warm and fuzzy to see HM still going strong after all these years. If you like weird, dangerous scifi/horror/fantasy stories and gorgeous art, Heavy Metal in your mailbox every month is highly recommended: https://subscriptions.heavymetal.com/shm/index.php?cPath=15_16
@ihatecrayons I'll hold onto one for ya!
@MuseumMichael Holy shit dude. Impressive!
Excited to release this new piece, "disappear 01," as a limited print: https://robsheridan.storenvy.com/collections/1240065-photography-prints - signed/numbered on archival matte paper, available in large and small sizes, limited to 25 pieces.
New artwork I created for a short sci-fi story in MIT Technology Review magazine by futurist Karl Schroeder. Check it out, especially if you like techno-dystopian stuff: https://www.technologyreview.com/s/611829/noon-in-the-antilibrary/
Extremely angry at my lack of disposable income, because this $900 interactive wall-mounted HAL-9000 replica is fucking magnificent: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/hal-9000-product-line-from-2001-a-space-odyssey-bluetooth-computers?utm_content=campaigns_one_column1_cta&utm_source=sailthru&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=#/
@Scottrodgerson Believe it or not I have an idea for a very bizarre Batman cameo that actually makes sense in High Level's world, but there's no way DC will approve it.
Current: Writer/creator of HIGH LEVEL for DC/Vertigo Comics.
