I can't sleep so obviously I'm researching shows to see on Broadway during my trip to NYC in a couple weeks.

I really wonder why the filmmakers thought it was worth *their* time. Really, this is what you want to do with many millions of dollars and months/years of your life? What about this story spoke to you, and made you want to tell it above all others?

I really don't think it's worth my time to watch another hour and a half of this. It's beautifully shot, but it's not making me feel anything.

And, like, why am I supposed to care about any of these white colonialists?

About 45 minutes in, basically the only character I care about dies. And, like, fairly unceremoniously/pointlessly considering how significant he was.

I'm watching The Revenant. I really don't understand the point of this movie so far.

tfw you're in an awkwardly overcrowded Lyft Line and you want to toot about it but the stranger next to you can probably see what's on your screen so you play Threes instead but you're distracted so you play poorly and you worry if the stranger is judging you for being bad at Threes

I'm very glad Amaroq exists, since it was awful trying to use Mastodon before there was an iOS app. But boy is this missing things that I thought were so basic that they wouldn't even count as "features".

I feel weird and bad and it's probably because I made some inadvisable food choices today.

Like, my "dinner" was a Lärabar and sour candy. At 10:30 PM. What's wrong with me.
