My software dev team at work is slowly going from #Scrum where everyone is excited about the app and wanting to build something to being squeezed into a code factory serving the needs of The Business. And the project manager doesn't even care about maintaining a pretense of self organization or team ownership. Sigh

@rubah Ah. That is hell for morale. Possibly relevant, I've been reading The Mythical Man-month which has a lot of suggestions to avoid that, assuming you haven't already read it and/or are in a position to implement anything in that regard.
@rubah why is it happening? Decision of the team, the project manager, ...?
@rubah Are they implementing a replacement process, or is it just "go here, fix this now" where everything is a blocker?
