@harce yeah, I was wondering what his actual impact is. I recognize the Centre for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour, but have no way of gauging their efficacy.

That being said, Norway granting political asylum to a Pole is still a rather strong statement, regardless who the person is...
