Baking bread makes me happy.
It's something that requires some skill, takes some time but doesn't require a lot of concentration (so my brain can wander), is not in any way connected to my work (so no triggers), and I get delicious home-baked bread at the end of it.
I came to realize this is a form of self-care for me.

Sourdough or bust!
I do make buns every now and then, with commercial yeast, but my day-to-day bread is sourdough.

@rysiek I already know of a few others dabbling in sourdough baking, so to speak... I can't recall their handles right now, but they gave me some good advice a while back
@rysiek once I worked with a person who felt that way about making cake. She often brought delicious cakes to work 🍰
