Short answer: No.
Long answer: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
@sanspoint Thanks graphical compression
@sanspoint To be fair you should also include a lightweight SNES emulator, but still
@Nocta @sanspoint Are we also including a lightweight browser? :~)
I meant the N64 hardware already have functions to manage sprites etc... you can't do that natively on the browser so comparing a web page to a graphical program is a bit unfair.
@sanspoint correct answer: N, followed by o 1024 * 1024 * 5 - 1 times
@sanspoint I guess is that even Ocarina of Time is lighter than some shitty web pages 🤔
@sanspoint On the one hand, beside the low resolution and low color graphics the game code was stored as OpCodes in ROM that are far, far more efficient than the raw text we use for HTML tags, CSS and JavaScript so the comparison isnt entirely fair.
On the other hand sites do keep growing bigger and slower every year, so...
@sanspoint Hmm, tilemapped web pages...
