How well Google knows me can be judged by a search for "Omaha". First autocomplete is "steaks" (nope). Second autocomplete is "the Cat Dancer" (yup). The actual Nebraskan city wasn't anywhere in the list (also an accurate reflection of my interests).

@rhorsman I gave up on them when it started to personalize stuff heavily, delivering me results optimized for at least three languages, almost never the right one for the context I was looking for ... so, not coming back
@saper they're able to read me pretty well, probably because I don't anonymize enough.
@rhorsman As much as I keep on using things like Privoxy and Tor I find it somehow immoral not to be able to feel like free citizen of the networld, just like that
