@saper Intermittent fasting. It's a way to only have set eating times, like 6 or 8 hours per day, and all other times you can only have tea, coffee, water. So people tend to go with ratio - 16:8 or 18:6 over 24 hrs.
Mine is from 7pm or 8pm until around 1pm. I've read apple cider vinegar helps with cravings.
