@selectnull On twitter, it symbol means "Official user".
BUT, on mastodon, they aren't it. They use character symbol.

@selectnull Some programmers use Markdown in Github. So, I think "All programmers can understand the Markdown language".

The character could be used in UTF, then many -- in the range of I can look-- use it in markdown.
It character said Emoji, but perhaps it is used in small area in Asia.
I have a misunderstanding with " ALL MARKDOWN USER KNOW EMOJI".
