It's scary how many totally insecure 'private messaging apps' there are out there.

These sorts of garbage apps are one of the reasons why it's so important to talk to your friends and family about privacy and which tools are safe to use.

Without proper guidance, they could end up using something like @confide@twitter.com — and 1 million+ people already made that mistake.
