I sometimes have that too.
Most of the times stretching exercises help. Nothing exhausting, just gently stretching the muscles that give me trouble and keep breathing normally.

Usually I walk down the stairs, go drink a bit, and go up. Sometimes that helps, sometimes it doesn't. I think that's close to light stretching :)
