@ink_slinger Which website? I initially used Warby Parker, but now I'm in progressive lenses. π I got my last 2 pairs at Women in Vision in #yeg. Pricey, but attentive and local. I go in all the time for adjustments and cleanings.
@ink_slinger So I lived in the States and used Warby when they first opened. When I moved here I found they now have a .CA site. So I messaged them about replacing my lenses with a new prescription. Nope. Different "company" in Canada (like so many US entities). I mailed them to a friend in the States and got the lenses replaced for $50 and shipping to my friend, Warby and back to me. π€¨
@sikkdays Interesting. I'll have to check out the Canadian site. I've heard good things about their frames.
@sikkdays Even if I don't update my rx, I desperately need new frames. All my glasses are falling apart...which has not happened before, but I also cheaped out and bought the cheapest ones that looked good, so maybe the quality was lacking.
@sikkdays I usually use Clearly.ca. Decent prices and no fuss return policy. I hear many good things about Women With Vision, even for men's frames, but also that they're very pricey.
I didn't know Warbey Parker shipped to Canada.
