What recommendations do you have to start a Mastodon instance ?

I've been thinking to start one for people from my country (#Chile), but i'd like some advice if possible

Comparte esta invitación con quien quieras. Si traes a tus familiares o amigxs o a tu colectivo, les será más fácil empezar a usar estas herramientas, al hacerlo juntxs.

¿Qué necesitas? Tu dispositivo (celular, compu, tableta...).

As we're looking to reach 100 stars before we set up our Open Collective for crowdfunding.

Parece mentira que vaya a alabar en algo a Facebook pero su función de bloqueo es la mejor opción en una red social, con la persona bloqueada dejando de verte por completo.

Sin embargo Mastodon está incluyendo una nueva función que imita el modelo de Twitter, mostrando cuando te bloquean porque, dice Eugen, eso mostrará al bloqueado que ha actuado mal...

Si algo hemos aprendido en Twitter es que eso promueve capturas de pantalla a modo de medalla para animar a que el resto también acose.

Does anyone know of any free scheduling software they would recommend? Something that could allow me to just add my own users, and add in clock in / out times, maybe with a graphical component so its easier to visualize, and not necessary but total the hours per day/week?

Boosts greatly appreciated, as my employer just pulled our scheduling/payroll system and don't seem like there going to be providing another one anytime soon
