Pokémon Quest is pretty fun. Reminds me a lot of Rumble World but with more extra features. I particularly like the cooking mechanic, it’s a lot like BotW

Excited about yellow version remakes, but even more excited about new core-RPG games (hopefully gen VIII!)

Lately been having a hard time feeling like I deserve the amount of money I make relative to my peers that aren’t in the tech industry. A lot of them have similar level of education as me, work just as hard if not more, yet make less than 0.5 my salary. When people talk about how much they make or ask me how much my job pays I feel super guilty and feel like I have to admit that it’s ridiculous and I don’t deserve it. Maybe that’s kinda true, tho

Lots (but not all) of my apps have stopped sending push notifications. Checked all my notif settings and they’re good. Reinstalling the app seems to do the trick tho. Any other iPhone users notice this? I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.3.1

This is interesting: They provided me with Facial Recognition Data, which I presume is some sort of identifier for my face. It consists of a binary blob (base64 I'm guessing) and 3 threshold values. Anyone know of a way to parse that?

Surprise after surprise. So the archive takes the form of a neat little static website that you can navigate around which is pretty cool. But what gets me is how much data they admit to having on you, e.g. photo metadata, IP addresses, stuff like that. I’m still amazed this is available to users
