And yet, I believe that a social network becomes more useful the bigger it is, which is like I feel like I need to use the opportunity

We know that power dynamics are a thing and that criticizing those in power is important, but we do have to draw a line, especially at incitement to violence or self-harm - even the appearance of it! - which isn't legal where Mastodon.social is hosted.

Second: the new users today - including unused "saved" usernames - account for about 5% of the total userbase on mastodon.social, which is just one instance in the Mastodon federation.
