@david_ross I have to admit I tried #jekyll years ago. at that time it lacked a lot of features. #hugo covers pretty much everything (mature #multilanguage, many nice #themes, live rebuild and browser update, and it's very fast in generating the site, those few seconds you always have to wait with other #generators got on my nerves)
@steckerhalter @david_ross I didn't try Jekyll, but in the effort of trying to get Octopress installed a couple of years back, try to get the Ruby dependencies installed on a machine where I did not have admin rights made me think that I would never be able to have my static site. But with #Hugo, it has been awesome! I've been using it for over a year, and I don't see myself switching to anything else now.
@kaushalmodi @david_ross I did use #octopress, it was #jekyll with at least some of the features you'd expect, but #hugo is just way better.
