Removing all mail accounts and apps from my phone really removed a lot of anxiety/stress in my life.
No longer mindlessly scrolling through mails on my commute to work.
What you possibly didn't know: each Mastodon account has an RSS feed; just add ".rss" to the end of your URL, e.g. https://mastodon.social/@jpmens.rss for my timeline at https://mastodon.social/@jpmens
