Great News! Mozilla is finally adding built-in end-to-end email encryption functionality (OpenPGP) and digital signatures into the upcoming release of Thunderbird version 78.2, replacing enigmail, scheduled to be released in the coming months.

Simplifications hide all essential security concept and it becomes more and more complicated to explain users what they are doing

I hope this new version has a good conception and is very clear for users
