Two months before, I was 240lbs. Now 200 lbs. I am very proud of myself.

One meal a day + low carb x 3 + carb x 3 + (strength training with dumbells; 2 hour walking; 40 min zumba + 2 day rest)

was my routine. No longer obese according to BMI. Yay.

it’s 3am in the night and i’m having some trouble pooping. ain’t this the old age when the things you took for granted starts to trouble you

it's going to be almost 6 months since I joined here

I just did a financial analysis. On my 9-5 job, 40 hours a week, I am paid $5.25 per hour.

Now, I just need to find a freelance job which pays 20 USD/hr. Get consistent deals with it. Cross average income from 9-5 job with my freelance gig and wait for two years and it's set. I can transition career.

I was running on water and chia seeds the whole day. Chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, honey and lemon mixed with lukewarm water.

Whenever I was hungry, I drank it.

Doing whatever I can to shed 38kg. Want to become healthy and add a few happy years to my life.

Headache after eating. Stomach pain. One meal a day can be a pain in the a** sometimes

I fasted for 27 hours and I experienced an euphoria (high) without any external chemicals.

If it happens again, i swear I'll stop eating more than one meal a day lol

Deleted standard notes today from the list of offerings.
