So, I'm officially a Steam Support fanboy now.

One of my SteamVR Base Stations was dropped, and didn't work any more. On New Year's day I contacted steam support about it. They responded within a few hours, and then to each new message within an hour. Now they're sending me a replacement base station free of charge, and even before I sent my broken one back. Amazing service!

@sybren good to know ! I have the SteamVR too and I was a little afraid of having a problem with it since the device is not their main business. Your message is a relief for me !
