cat can be there of course but cat is not happy to see me, cat is wondering why I want to be in cat's chair. Cat is fine with my being in cat's presence.
Dog is "YAY! You're here! Ok that's enough data let's go for a walk!"

@Truck :D. Yes, I can understand that very well. We had to buy a treadmill. It could be used more frequently.
@Truck I would prefer to have a dog but it gets very complicated if you need to travel 😢.
