@thegudtam Breath of the Wild was such a cool experience. Have you seen Octopath Traveler or played the demo?

@thegudtam It is a JRPG made by Square/Enix similar to the FF series before FF7 came out (2D maps). But it uses what I'd call projection to make it appear 3D. The game has eight playable characters (two in the demo) each with their own skills and play styles. Based on the story in the demo it is catering to an adult audience.

I'd say I'm looking forward to it the most of any game I've heard of yet ... Although the Mario Tennis game does look fun.

@thegudtam no! I had no idea they were developing games too. I kind of stopped following after Miyazaki "retired" even though I think the studio isn't all a one man show. Also corresponds to my being in school. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to check it out!
@thegudtam looks like Dominion of the Dark Djinn was Japan only and Wrath of the White Witch was released in the US for PS3 which I don't have unfortunately. The latest installment has good reviews and appears to be released for PC so that's promising. I wonder if they are fairly stand-alone.

@fullywoolly @thegudtam it’s also from the same dev team that did Bravely Default / Bravely Second, which I absolutely adored. I’m super excited for that and Dragon Quest XI.
@thegudtam I checked my Switch just now and apparently I've played Breath of the Wild for over 135 hours
