Hmmmmmn.... I was really hoping I could find some census record showing a Minnie Gasper/Gaspar living in Cokato. I haven't found it yet.
There is a Minnie Gaspar in Minneapolis (which is a possible match) born around 1859/1860.
But at the same time, her friend Jennie was born in 1882 and I'm not sure it looks like there is a 20+ age difference between the seated woman and the woman behind her.
I feel confident in the research I did on Jennie.

@erinbee I think it may be the Minnie who is 20 years older than Jennie... at least 1 other person thinks so, her photo is up on Find A Grave. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/104543456
@tonihime Try looking for a Mary or Wilhelmina? Minnie is a pretty common nickname for both. Maybe try other nicknames for those, too. Like Mamie, Mina, or Millie.
