Using legislation to curb government intrusion is like getting an IOU from a gambling addict.

Banned or unbanned, governments won't stop the greed of using these methods. Only going full burka/facemask will protect us.

@torproject Banning any technology is not a solution. However, we should fight our freedom to counteract face recognition. Look, there are many anti-mask laws already.
