Does the RGPD include any measure to fight against this ?

Yes and no. Yes the GDPR states that vendors and providers have to try to minimize data collection. But it doesn't explicitly forbid browser fingerprinting. There again it comes to the point where they have to legitimize it by one of the reasons mentioned in article 6, which most trackers try with article 6 1f since the only alternative would be article 6 1a which would be quite hard to do.
