@transactualuk @CherylMorgan the edit I'd suggest for that, in terms of inclusive language, is to use "different sex or gender" rather than "opposite." Totally agree with the sentiment in general behind it, though.

@transactualuk Someone described it to me as having your brain transplanted into the wrong body. Of course it's the brain that decides how your body should present or who you are attracted to.
