Linux: probably built into your file manager already
@wowaname @entreprelife yeah but why install anything when you probably already have something that does the job by default
@wowaname Which desktop environment do you use? GNOME, KDE, MATE, XFCE, elementary, LXDE, etc all have file managers that support remote access. In fact, I can't even think of a single commonly-used file manager that *doesn't* support at least ftp, ftps, and/or sftp. Which makes sense, because remote file access is core functionality of any practical file manager. A local-only manager would be extremely niche.

you don't even need a file manager, just install gvfs 😛
