It Was 100°F in Today. Yes, That Siberia

While 2019 was ’s hottest on record, this year already seems poised to surpass that. Last month, Siberia reported temperatures almost 40 degrees above normal for this time of year. (Also, parts of the region caught on fire.)

Even on the #permafrost area near the Arctic Ocean we sea max. temps. of 29 to 32 degrees!

And it's not the first time. This is a disaster upon a #disaster!!!

Yes, is currently checking the data and meteorological input to confirm this temperatures.

@tuxom Yes, I heard that. But it's only about the record. I understand there's no doubt about the heat itself, because there are many stations with temperatures above 30C and it is year long trend.
