@lichen I've stopped supporting Soylent after I saw it shift away from sustainable product and move on to heavily subsidized corn sources. Been focused on Heul for time being - I haven't fully mapped their supply chain, but the ingredients seem to be a better fit for my insulin profile.
Ingredients aren't a mythic 100% DV, but are basically powdered forms of foods that I would be trying to eat anyway. They even offer an unflavored gluten free option.
