Saw posts in birdland that there is some sort of security concern with Mastadon. Anyone have a link with the current issues people are worried about?
@cliffcheney I assume every software I use now-a-days to be riddled with security vulnerabilities and exploitable and conduct myself accordingly.
Mastadon doesn't provide any critical infrastructure, so even if it's riddled with XSS, RCE, and SQLi vulnerabilities the person that really affects is the operator of the service.
I'm not posting any sensitive or confidential information that needs to be protected or secured.
