When you invest in a surveillance capitalist like Twitter & help them build their platform by making apps for them, using their APIs, etc., know that they’ll have your back. And by that I mean they’ll throw you under the bus the first chance they get.
We’ve all made the mistake at one time (heck, I made both a Twitter & Facebook app using their APIs and thought I was helping build the “open web” ‘cos I trusted Tim O’Reilly).
Just avoid it next time.

Стоит последний Debian Stretch в котором всем заправляет dhcpcd. Я по инструкции добавил в /etc/dhcpcd.conf секцию с описанием моего static.
И теперь вижу 192.168.1.2 - который я хочу статический, и 192.168.1.37 - тот который взял себе DHCP.
Что делать, друзья? 😳
Установил NoScript. На удивление сейчас легко с ним работать! Думаю, даже оставлю его.

Вот вопрос. В условиях ограниченного бюджета сейчас могу купить что-то одно для #RaspberryPi: или хороший блок питания (на 2,5-3А), или павербанк который будет для него как ИБП работать (не могу найти на 3А, видимо, макс на 2,4А будет)?
Ваше мнение, что брать?

If Twitter has "tweets", and #mastodon has "toots", what is the equivalent term in #pleroma?
Or maybe the better question is: is there an equivalent term that applies to the entire #fediverse?
Я где-то недавно читал как некие люди активно поливают нечистотами, а соответственно, другие защищают #Pleroma. Не помню точно, что-то там было о пользователях, которые во многом радикалы и неформаты.
Сложно судить, это ж #Fediverse. Я подписан только на, кажется, двух плеромистов. В общем же, сеть как сеть: не хочешь кого-то читать - не читай, а хочешь - читай.

Оказывается, можно использовать приложения для Mastodon. Надо попробовать.

They may reflect the selected theme respectively: dark scroll bars for dark theme, light for light etc.
My default OS scrollbars in Forefox doesnt' match Masto-theme, and I believe that's not only my annoying issue.
