the worst part of this is if the data is being used to track settled middle class cishet couples who are trying for a kid and market baby goods to them (the most likely use case for this level of tracking) it would be near impossible to prove as the couple are very likely to be searching for that kind of stuff anyway as soon as the pregnancy is known, and there are likely to be many more companies involved in profiting from the data than just FB and the app devs..

@vfrmedia We are only really hearing a tiny bit of the tracking that is being done. Always expect the worst from advertising companies. They have no morale and would chip people to do exactly as they say if they were able to do so.
