went back and implemented all of the arithmetic instructions that were in the test suite but not my test program and it's up to 38/54 (70%)! C-minuses get degree-minuses

got the riscv-tests compliance suite running on my rust RISC-V emulator and 15/54 (2 tests are broken in such a way that they hang forever, so I skip them) isn't a good grade or even a passing grade, but it's progress
