Wesley Moore @wezm

2 of 3 built. This one was supposed to be in a black bottom but the one I received is unusably warped. It’s got Gateron red switches with OEM profile ABS keycaps

@wezm Why all planks then? You should try ErgoDox and Atreus as well.

@pointlessone I’ve tried a friend’s ErgoDox and concluded it was too big. I have a Minidox kit, which I’ll build when the remaining parts come in. I got several Plancks to try different switch, colour and keycap combinations. The intention is to keep the one I like the most and sell off the other two.

@wezm Minidox looks interesting is a bit too small.

My first ortholinear was Atreus. I kinda liked it. Then I switched to Ergodox. It does like a lot of room but is so comfy. A chair with good arm rests for proper seating and spread kb halfs with nice wristrests are so good.

@pointlessone seeing a Planck over a year ago is what got me started down this rabbit hole. It’s taken this long to get one. In the meantime I designed a split Planck (like a Let’s Split except I didn’t know it existed when I designed mine). The first round of prototype PCBs work. I need to do a v2 with a few fixes at some point.
