@gdorn and @pinkprius inspired me to make a vegan pizza. This was probably my best crust ever, and it was my first attempt at "sausage." Overall, it exceeded expectations. I'll also express thanks to my partner who made a last minute suggestion that saved the sausage after I'd failed and given up on it.

Notes: The mozz came out much more solid. Last time was almond milk; tasted great but too sticky to grate. Soy milk curdles a bit in contact with acid, which made the resulting cheese much more firm. Cheese recipe from "Non Dairy Evolution Cookbook".

Most of you are probably just starting your weekends, but I'm ending mine and heading off to work.
On Mondays, when most of the world is just starting their week and I'm halfway through it sounds like a good idea to take Thursdays and Fridays off. I feel even better on Wednesdays when my weekend is just starting.
But Saturdays sure suck.
