This erratic on the way to the Loch that supplies our area with drinking water always intrigues me.

Here is an example of one of the many geographical similarities between Assynt and the Cape, which remind me of the place of my birth, though 6500 miles apart. one picture is of the one end of Quinag. The other picture is of "The Elephant's Eye", part of the southern section of Table Mountain in Cape Town.
