i'm just very tired and i want to interact with my friends but it's literally three days into pride and /every day/ has had something come across my tl from friends and people i respect that says that that part of me doesn't "count" and i only count as queer because of other things

maybe im sensitive about it because i think the ace part of my identity is more salient than the grey-biro part because it's just relevant more often? and like... i feel the same way about it that i do about the other parts that """count""" as queer officially, including the nervousness about people thinking i /don't/ count (see: nb)

but i guess one of those things arbitrarily counts and the other doesn't

i wish i had the courage to be like "hey even if we disagree about the ace thing could you at least not reblog stuff about it/directly calling aces cishet" to people that im otherwise friends with

a friend reblogged aces aren't queer stuff and im kind of. do i want to get into this? do i need to mute them? can we not go literally one day into pride

from the polls it's looking like the good bet is to vote ndp, which tbh i would've wanted to do anyway (though the liberals' platform isn't bad, it's just that people don't really trust them anymore)

& 9s has to deal with the reveal that he's been killing sapients for nothing & the one person he trusts & maybe loves most is literally built to kill him, & has done

seere: stuck at 6 years old forever, has to fight his sister

emil: lab experiment, uncontrollable petrifying eyes -> immortal monster body, fights his sister, sacrifices himself, becomes the only remnant of humanity, loses his sense of identity

mikael: dies in two endings, is horribly traumatized in two others & infected in 1

9s: infected and dies in two endings, absolutely loses it after learning the horrible truths in the other three
