It lags other applications running at the same time, like Unity.
Like I need my whole damn computer dedicated to typing text in Mastodon.
Web interface is better for this.
Except the web interface LAGS ENORMOUSLY.

@worthlessbums And once you find it and reply, the post screen does not update. You have to go back and click through the latest reply to reply again.
@worthlessbums So it sucks to try and thread anything on here at different times.
@worthlessbums Hitting your account name at the top of the app does not bring you to your toots, just shows who you're logged in as (why?)
So like. It is miserably hard to find your own toots.

No HUD/permadeath is also real tight, although the no HUD is a bit shoehorned in and has some gameplay issues (need to memorize controls/inputs for specific interactions that don't show up.)
