@maloki Thx. Indeed people can turn off notifications in the vanilla Mastodon interface. Not sure about all the phone apps and other clients though. :)
Also, when I go on these reading spree, I can boost and fav a lot of posts at once. :)

Notifications can be turned off and adjusted depending on what needs one has.
