Well, strictly speaking in the sense of the word, free speech does cover ALL areas. However, even if Prism Break (as it looks to me) strives to focus solely on the aspect of avoiding surveillance, it is in the end a community's project, and it is thus inevitable that some ideology would seep in (as with all human endeavors). Additionally it would be ironic to recommend a platform that deliberately hosts an ideal that once encouraged surveillance (& other things).
