Amazon management has quotas to fire a certain percentage of employees each year and they hire people with the intent of firing them to keep up with quotas
@yogthos Replacing the higher paid drones with new lower paid drones is a common practice. You'd figure training time and new worker inefficiency would offset the gains. Perhaps companies have some way of writing it off with creative bookkeeping.
