I am mcfucking losing it

i hatched my first primal dragon and now idk what i wanna do for his tert because it's coal and kinda awful,

all of his siblings had better color combos but i'll get something to work

god i dont like ranting too much abt this shit but like. it is not fucking good. it is gross and predatory and grooms people into not thinking much about what they're actually looking at. it's fucking awful.

i do not want to go into personal experience right now but just. it's fucking bad. fucking rot.

i hate being angry publicly but i will be angry about this. it is awful and i hate it and people who defend it.

people who use the "but they're actually older" excuse to sexualize characters that look explicitly underage can fucking stop please

finished up, edited the shape a little bit so it looked a little less flat

more drawing, i like the eyes on this one too :D

and just overall i love the way i'm doing shading rn.. makes me happy

I'm still really happy with how these ones look, tbh,

i like how i got the extra bits of colour in there, and overall i've been fairly happy with my general color/shading style of late

i've been trying to work on the general like... sameface-ish-ness i have to my art

it's still going slow but in general i feel like i'm doing better at least with nose shapes differing, and mouth shapes are a /little/ better,

eyes've always been one of the things i was good at differing, im still happy with them,

anyways i had an anxiety attack today because i realized i still hadn't fuckin finished these so i got the sketch done on one and sent off for the OK and i'm gonna try to finish the sketch on this one too,

to be fair i think i'm doing an ok job? it's not the /curliest/ but my style makes things look really messy if i add too many curls, i'll try my best to make it look better in colouring,

i have an oc who's got super tight corkscrew curls and i love her to death but god i need to practice more on curly hair of all levels of curl

also i'm technically taking 5 courses but one of them is the field course and starts before the semester does and the other is only an 8 week co-op thing so i may end up with only 3 courses after a few weeks, depending on setup,

i might take a technical 6th course tho so i stay at 4 idk. i've heard the 8 week one is /really/ simple, it's just a pass/fail with like 10 minutes of work a week (the prof himself said that lmao)

huh depending on how i swing this i might be able to get fridays off next semester, which would be fuckin nice,

i really like how the eyes turned out here.. the commissioner said she's usually got rainbow coloured eyes but in this particular story they're brown, so i tried to put a few hints of colour into them as well and i think it turned out well :D

ah hmm well looks like i feel sick AGAIN using this stupid lawnmower so time to take a break and finish the front lawn after lunch

our yard isnt even that fucking big, i dont get it. why does this lawnmower make me so sick, i can use the one at work just fine.
