FPL should have a clause in their contract with AT&T and Comcast that not moving services after pole upgrades results in a $1000 fee per pole after a certain date. That would get them to move it quick.

@zorinlynx FPL should find out the cost for AT&T and Comcast to move on a pole upgrade, and renegotiate that contract once the old one's done to make cooperating with FPL less costly.

It's clear to me that AT&T and Comcast want the money captive audiences are forced to give them, while spending as little on infrastructure as they can get away with.

Related: not sure why FPL has above-ground poles in Miami, other than "we have to redo every customer entrance if we bury it"
