It is possible to create a QR code which encodes the details of a wifi network, which is pretty cool. If I have a screenshot of that QR code _already on my phone_, how can I tell my phone to pay attention to it to connect to that network? I can't take a picture of my phone with my phone. Is there some URL schema I can use to construct a URL to connect to a wifi network with a link?

If you go looking for a method (I have in the past) to "quickly connect phone to wifi without typing", the first thing people usually suggest is a printed QR code, so its a bit chicken and egg.
