- it'll support email PRs (with a custom format; if you can pipe `git request-pull` into an email you'd probably prefer GSE)
- PRs will be squashed when represented on the ML (with the original patchset in a .zip in a reply), to line up affordances and norms across the workflows
- Add the line `ingestor-squash-pr: no` to the PR email to skip that
