Our legislature is terrible, the redistricting process was screwed by the GOP, our state Supreme Court was packed, they changed voting rules (+ push more restrictions), and Democrats (often a marginal improvement) haven't held one of the leg chambers since like 1992. Want to unionize? Too bad, \"right to work!\" We're a purple state where a majority of people hold almost no political power. A laboratory of autocracy for a couple generations now. 🤬
