As refreshing as it may be to see all these people suddenly disavowing Donald Trump with the latest Epstein files, please remember that they've stuck with him through thick and thin when it comes to everything he's done. They're not really disavowing Trump. They're not disavowing Trumpism or MAGA or the American Gestapo. They're thinking they can peel themselves away from the stench of failure that's suddenly no longer covered by the cloying aroma of Melania's perfume, and that's not going to work.
Don't fall for it. If someone's been a die-hard Trumper for the last 10 years and then all of a sudden the Epstein papers are the last straw, then no. They're not really turning over a new leaf. They're just embarrassed. Once these people start showing a shred of remorse, a hint of empathy, a soupcon of humanity, then they might start taking a road to redemption, but for now, no.
No Trump voters are going to find any redemption from me. They can sit and stew in what they've done and who their lives should forever be tied to.
