Since and are de facto suspended, the rest of the constitution is toilet paper.

Ohhhhh, yet people still disagree. But they condone it because they haven't occupied Congress, and surrounded the white house 247 for 11 weeks of this fascism.

Howwwww will you defend the parts of the constitution that are moot nnnnow, let alone save the rest?

The Failed States of America is a fascist zone with a growing number of political prisoners throughout this month.

Kept in the states, or or black sites that we don't know about.

whatever shows up, your constitution has been de facto suspended when the executive branch ignores it. are functionally dead.

Get it yet?

What. Are. You. Waiting. For? (First they came for...)

In 1856, in the Dred Scott decision: declared -Black ppl couldn't be American citizens, CJ Taney wrote that as “a subordinate & inferior class of beings,” Black ppl had “no rights which the white man was bound to respect.” DOI: stated that “all men are created equal,” but “the enslaved African race weren't intended to be included.”

Trump's EO: a test of the fed judiciary.

It'd create stateless infants/shadow caste.

RR judge: unconst. *he'll appeal.

The Atlantic · The Attack on Birthright Citizenship Is a Big Test for the ConstitutionBy Adam Serwer

They're renewing concerns about transparency as the meetings are largely shrouded in secrecy, & raising questions about how Trump benefits financially as club members seeking to influence the new administration stay & eat there.

Trump often golfs at his nearby course with friends, relatives, & allies, like Sen Graham.

The lazy traitor & his Klan hang out at MAL, scheme, & frolic.

#NationalSecurity ends if Trump is allowed back in the WH -bypassing the #14A.

AP News · Trump calls it the 'center of the universe.' Mar-a-Lago is a magnet for those seeking influenceBy ADRIANA GOMEZ LICON

The failed Trump❤️Musk show of “power” had no material impact on govt spending & “succeeded” only in cutting funding for pediatric cancer research & nixing efforts to cut back on junk fees. (later revived by the Sen)

The fiasco revealed the mendaciousness of Rs’ supposed goal of⬆️govt “efficiency,” while confirming Trump/Musk’s plan to remake the fed govt to make it provide less to those with less, & more to those with a lot.

Hopeful: stalemate or a #14A miracle.
