Yesterday, we launched our first customer project based on #AEM as a Cloud Service. I'm usually an on-premise person, but I must say that Adobe's platform covers a lot of stuff that would otherwise be painful. Back in the day, late 90s early 00s, people started to make nice websites compared to the flying toasters and flashing cats of the mid-90s. The problem was these were nested tables and extremely fragile and very hard to get right. Then #css came about and revolutionized the whole #web
You could make an amazing site with minimal code.
I feel with #react and #AEM and similar site composers we’ve devolved back into “nasty tables” only replacing tables with divs and components.
